Frederick "Fred" Hill was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, who at representative level played for England, and at club level for Batley, playing at Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 13, during the era of contested scrums.
Fred Hill won a cap for England while at Batley in 1909 against Wales.[1]
